I am an Integrally informed marketing consultant helping professional service firms attract quality clients and referrals using internet marketing. I do website effectiveness audits and help architect search engine marketing  plans.

I also do organizational and leadership development consulting and coaching for business using the Integral perspectives as a tool to build greater awareness and facilitate more effective teams. I use  the Insights  online assessment tool to help increase awareness of Self,others ,and team dynamics. Insights is based on the work of Carl Jung and used by companies like MIcrosoft, Boeing, and Nike.

I am most interested in the practical application of the integral perspective. For example, I am more interested in learning how Spiral Dynamics was applied to the transition a society from Apartheid in South Africa than becoming expert at describing first tier and second tier value memes.

I see myself as a living constant changing experience of transformation .

 I have worked for several years with several teachers that are part of Ken's circle including Tony Robbins, David Deida, Terry Patten and Saniel Bonder. I have personally found that the live experience of working with teachers and mentors to be exponentially more impactful than just reading a book.
